Which areas do we support shipping to?

In order to ensure a positive user experience, we use our own logistics service and presently only ship items to Shanghai, China. Please contact us if you want to buy some item(s) while you're not in Shanghai.

How long is the shipping handling time and the delivery time?

Once the order is placed, the item(s) will be shipped out within 1 day, and the delivery time won't be longer than 1 day from the time of shipment. In other words, most often it will take less than 24 hours for you to receive the item(s) after you place the order, and anyhow it won't take any longer than 48 hours.

You can also specify your preferred delivery date and time in the comments of your order, and we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that. Please understand we can't guarantee to make the delivery on your preferred date and time due to other scheduled deliveries. In this case, we will contact you and consult with you to figure out another delivery date and time which is convenient for you.

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm. We will contact you prior to the delivery and will provide you with an approximate time window. We will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please note that once we receive your confirmed order, no changes can be made to it. But if the payment method of your order is cash on delivery, you can contact us before it's shipped to tell us the item(s) which you want to cancel. If you forgot to add an item to your cart, you will need to put another order in for it.

Can I add several candidate items into the order and make the final decision upon delivery?

If you pay by cash on delivery, the answer is Yes. We understand that sometimes several items may all look good to you, and it's hard for you to select the most desirable one(s) before you see the real items. In this case, you can add all of them into the order, and pay for your final choice upon delivery. But allowing for the limited delivery resource, please restrict the number of candidate items within 3 for each order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

Return policy

If you’re not happy with your CraftBro.com purchase for any reason, you may return unworn item(s) within 30 days of shipment for a refund in one of two ways:

  • Return upon receiving the item(s). You can refuse to accept the item(s) if you don't like it (them), and you will be refunded if you have already paid for it when you placed the order.

  • Return via the door-to-door return service. If you want to return the item(s) after receiving it (them), please contact us first to set up the return. Our service man will come to you to get the item(s) and you'll be refunded. In this case, all items returned will be credited back less a 30% restocking fee.

Refund Process and Time Frame

CraftBro.com processes most returns within 20 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.


Important: Payments made using PayPal will be refunded using PayPal. Payments made in cash will be refunded in cash (for door-to-door refund service) or using PayPal. Payments made using a credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card which was used to make the original payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit company directly.
